Chris Dekker
Co-Founder
Born and raised in West Michigan, Chris is a licensed real estate salesperson with over 15 years of real estate experience, including HOA’s, short term rentals, and all forms of commercial properties. Most recently, Chris spent several years as Director of Operations for a large STR outfit as they transitioned into a publicly traded company and has decided to refocus on his local community. As an experienced property manager, Chris is responsible for the day to day operations and overall management of each account.
Cathy Gould
Co-Founder
Cathy is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry including real estate and property management accounting and taxation. Cathy also holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business in Administration degrees. Cathy spent 12 years working in local public accounting serving a variety of clients in various industry groups including real estate before transitioning to a role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a group of companies operating in the construction and real estate industries. Cathy is now excited to apply these skills to managing the financial side of your property and providing the information and planning needed to keep your property financially healthy.
Sury Norinh
Account Manager
Sury is the magic that keeps everything at 86 West organized. She knows the financial side of the properties we manage inside and out making sure your tenants pay timely, vendor payments are on schedule and nothing falls through the cracks. Sury and her husband have owned and operated several businesses in the West Michigan area over the last 20 years including managing their own rental properties. She comes with a wealth of experience on how to keep the day to day of an organization running in an organized and efficient manner.
